Thad started in the roofing industry in 2003. He worked full time in the field as he worked his way through school. He received his degree in Construction Management from Columbus State University in 2006. He joined Phinney Industrial Roofing in 2008 where he has been a versatile assest to the company. he has completed numerous jobs at Grant Hospital and Riverside Methodist Hospital. His aptitude to adjust with changes in technology and the industry will help the company in moving towards the future.
